Essentials fits small districts and single schools. District is the most common choice for K–12 districts deploying across every school. Enterprise is for large districts, state agencies, and multi-district deployments. If you’re between tiers, we’ll help you pick on the discovery call.

A standard onboarding runs four weeks: Discovery Call in Week 1, Policy Card walkthrough in Week 2, Service Agreement in Week 3, and pilot launch in Week 4. Full district-wide deployment typically follows the next term. We work directly with your team through every step.

Yes. Beni is SOC 2 compliant, FERPA aligned, and COPPA compliant. Student data is never sold or used to train AI models. We sign Student Data Privacy Agreements before any student data is processed.

No. Beni complements your existing policy framework. Your policy provider writes the policy. Beni makes the policy run in classrooms with teacher controls, student guardrails, and compliance tracking.
